If after any assessment I find there is no treatment required I will not charge you for the appointment time already used.
I only charge for treatment.
Appointments should be paid for bank transfer in advance of the day of the treatment. Or I accept cash on the day of treatment.
There is a cash point and cash back available at The Co-operative shop, 2 minutes walk (449 ft) from the clinic. The Co-operative's car parking area is immediately across the road opposite the Whinfield road junction.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This helps accommodate those who may be waiting.
If you miss your appointment without letting me know (except in exceptional circumstances) my policy is as follows:
If you have private health insurance then I request that you pay me direct and then reclaim fees paid from your insurance company. I can provide receipts for your child’s treatments.
Please check with your insurer prior to treatment as some require referral by a GP.
