Face-to-Face Treatment Appointments:

• Initial Consultation and 1st Treatment
• Case History and assesment (15 - 30 minutes) £20
• First Treatment if required (30 - 45 minutes): £50
• Follow on Treatments:
• Follow-up assessment & discussion (5-10 minutes): No charge
• Treatment if required (30 - 45 minutes): £50

If after any face-to-face assessment I find there is no treatment required I will not charge you for the appointment time already used.
I only charge for treatment.

Payment

Now accepting card payments

Appointments should be paid by either card payment at the end of the consultation and treatment or bank transfer in advance of the treatment. I do also accept cash on the day of treatment.

There is cash back available at The Co-operative shop, 2 minutes walk (449 ft) from the clinic. The Co-operative's car parking area is immediately across the road opposite the Whinfield road junction.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This helps accommodate those who may be waiting.

If you miss your appointment without letting me know (except in exceptional circumstances) my policy is as follows:

• First missed appointment: No charge
• Second missed appointment: 50% of fee due
• Third and further missed appointments: Full fee due

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance then I request that you pay me direct and then reclaim fees paid from your insurance company. I can provide receipts for your child’s treatments.

Please check with your insurer prior to treatment as some require referral by a GP.
